Above all, sports glasses have one important function: protecting the eyes. The lenses of the HAWK have a UV400 protection. This filters and blocks dangerous UVA and UVB rays. The lenses are also equipped with a Nano-HD coating to detect contrasts in all lighting conditions and to deflect water drops on the lens.

In order to be able to adapt to changing light conditions as quickly as possible, the sports glasses are equipped with a simple plug-in system. The lenses can be exchanged within a few seconds .

A total of 6 different lenses are available for our sports glasses The HAWK:

Kundenservice bei NakedOptics

Ich hatte eine Frage bezüglich des Beschaffenheit des Glasses an meiner neuen Hawk an den Service bei NakedOptics gestellt.
Obwohl dies genau genommen nicht im Sinne einer Reklamtion oder Retoure war erhielt ich innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Mail in der mit mitgeteilt wurde, dass eine Ersatzlieferung auf dem Weg wäre. Und tatsächlich war das Ersatzglas 2 Tage später bei mir.
Ich schreibe in der Regel keine Bewertungen/Rezensionen, nur bei besonders guten oder besonders schlechten Erfahrungen.
In diesem Fall mache ich sehr gerne eine Ausnahme: die unkomplizierte, schnelle und kundenorientierte Abwicklung im Servicefall ist nicht alltäglich und kann, neben einem sehr guten Produkt, bei einer Kaufentscheidung durchaus eine Rolle spielen.
