You can return unused and originally packaged products within 30 days of your order and receive a refund.

To initiate a return, please register your parcel in our Returns Portal:

You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs, as we are still a small brand and not yet able to cover all shipping expenses.
Returns from Austria (AT) or Germany (DE): When registering your return in the portal (8returns), a shipping label (Post or DHL) will be automatically generated. The return shipping cost of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from Switzerland (CH) or the United Kingdom (UK): The return label is provided directly through the 8returns portal. The return and customs processing are handled by our logistics partner Exporto. The return shipping cost of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from other EU countries: Currently, we are unable to provide a shipping label. Please return the package to us at your own expense.
Returns from non-EU countries: Clearly mark the package as a return and include the original invoice. This helps avoid additional customs duties or import taxes.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. For ski goggles, the protective film must still be attached to the inner (anti-fog) lens.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

If the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly due to a system error, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
