Delivery costs and times

Please find below a detailed table with all shipping service providers, the shipping costs and the estimated delivery time to each specific location.

¹ Free shipping from € 100 order value
² Free shipping from  € 150 order value
³ For shipments to Switzerland, all import duties are already included (no customs or import sales tax to be paid upon receipt)
⁴ For shipments outside the EU customers are liable to pay import fees (customs duty and import VAT) themselves.

Tracking:

The parcel tracking is done via the respective shipping company. The link with the tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the package has been handed over to the respective shipping service provider. Parcels are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse (delays may occur during busy periods such as Black Friday or a few days before Christmas).

Storage:

If the parcel can't be directly delivered (nobody is to be found at the specified delivery address), the parcel service will leave a notification (physical or electronic) and the parcel will be stored at the nearest pick up station, where it will be available for you to collect for approx. 7 days. Therefore, please check the location of the parcel yourself regularly. If a package is not accepted or the address was given incorrectly, customers will bear the costs for the return shipment.

Returns:

You can return unused and originally packaged products to us within a period of 30 days after your order. Customers bear the costs for the return themselves. For a return, please register your package in our returns portal. For returns from AT and DE, a return label can be created in the portal, the costs for the return are € 4.99 and will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns from other countries, customers are responsible for the return shipping themselves.
