5 For deliveries to the USA, import and customs fees are already included in the price (Delivery Duty Paid - DDP). Import costs will be shown as the total price during shipping.
Shipment Tracking:
Shipment tracking is carried out via the respective carrier. The tracking link with the tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the package has been handed over to the carrier. Packages are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (during peak times such as Black Friday or a few days before Christmas, delays may occur).
Storage Periods:
If no one is available at the specified delivery address, the carrier will leave a notification (physical or electronic) and the package will be stored at the nearest parcel station, where it will remain for about 7 days for collection. Please check the package location regularly. If a package is not accepted or the address is incorrect, customers will bear the cost of return shipping.
Returns:
You can return unused and originally packaged products within 30 days of your order. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. To return an item, please register your package in our returns portal. For returns from AT and DE, a return label can be generated in the portal – the cost for the return is € 4.99 and will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns from other countries, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping themselves.
