Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 (thirty) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. For returns from AT, DE, CH and UK, a return label can be created in the portal. The cost for the return shipment is €4.99 and will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns from other countries, customers are responsible for organizing and covering the return shipping costs themselves.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, NAKED GmbH, Dorfstraße 36, 5101 Bergheim bei Salzburg, Austria, Email: support@nakedoptics.net, by means of a clear statement (e.g. via the return form, a letter sent by post, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory, or complete the online return form.

By using the online form, we can process your request more quickly and complete your return faster. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Additional Information on Processing Time
Please note that the actual time until the final refund consists of several components:

The shipping time of your return may take several business days, depending on the shipping service provider.

After the goods have arrived at our warehouse, the internal processing time is up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday). The relevant date is the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
The complete process (shipping + receipt of goods + inspection + refund) may therefore take up to 2–3 weeks in total.
Return Shipping
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.
Important: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means the products must not have been used outdoors and, in the case of glasses, the protective film on the inside of the lens must still be attached.
📌 Additional Notice for Payments with Klarna or PayPal
If you paid for your order via

Klarna ("Pay Later" or "Invoice") or

PayPal ("Pay Later", installment payments or invoice purchase)
we recommend additionally registering your return in the respective payment provider’s portal.
With Klarna, you can report your return in the Klarna app or in the Klarna customer portal under "Report a problem". This will pause your invoice until the processing has been completed.
With PayPal, please do not open a dispute while your return is still in transit or being processed. The refund will be issued automatically after the goods have been successfully inspected.
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for reminder fees or additional charges incurred if payment deadlines with payment service providers are not observed in time.
