General terms and conditions for the Naked Family Points Loyalty Program

1. General

These general terms and conditions (AGB) apply to the participation in the Loyalty program of our online shop nakedoptics.net (hereinafter "we", "us", "our"). By participating in the Loyalty program, you agree to these conditions.

 

2. Participation rights

Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and is based in Austria can take part in our Loyalty program. Participation is free.
The loyalty program excludes people and companies who are provided with products free of charge or greatly reduced (ambassadors, product testers, etc.).

 

3. Registration and customer account

To take part in the Loyalty program, you have to create a customer account in our online shop. When registering, you must provide current and complete information. The responsibility for the secrecy of your access data lies with you.

 

4. Collecting points

Participants can collect points by making purchases in our online shop or participating in certain actions. The points collected will automatically be credited to your customer account.

 

5. Redeem of points

Collected points can be redeemed as part of the conditions for discounts or other premiums specified by us. Points are redeemed via your customer account and can only be used in our online shop. Points are not transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to change or remove premiums at any time. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

6. The process and expiry of points

Points expire after 36 months unless they are redeemed within this period. You will be informed about the upcoming decay by email in good time.

 

7. Data protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data you provide will only be used to carry out the Loyalty program and not pass them on to third parties, unless this is required by law. 8. Termination and termination

You can end your participation in the Loyalty program at any time by notifying us. We reserve the right to change or end the program at any time. In the event of a termination, you have the option of redeeming your collected points within a period of 30 days.

 

9. Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you by email or a message in your customer account. If you continue to use the program after the notification, the changed terms and conditions are considered accepted.

 

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Republic of Austria. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg.
