First things first: opening events
Whether it's the latest ski and snowboard products or spectacular concerts, ski areas attract visitors with great offers when they open. At the start of the season there are various events on many slopes. In one ski area you can try out the latest skiing and snowboarding highlights, in the other there is a big party. We have summarized the most important opening events for you. Depending on your taste, there is something for everyone:

- WOW Glacier Love November 8th – 10th, Kaprun
- Top of the Mountain November 26, Ischgl
- Stanton Ski Open December 2nd – 4th, St. Anton

Music on the slopes
Anyone who loves good music can look forward to various music highlights while skiing this season. From Latin pop to Austiran pop hits, it's all in the mix! Various ski areas shine with big open-air concerts this winter:
- Hochzeiger Open-Air with Àlvaro Soler December 10th, Jerzens
- Star Night with Nik P. March 22, Grossarltal
- Winter Woodstock of brass bands March 24th – 26th, Brixental
- Spring Blanc March 30th – May 1st, Ischgl
An absolute must: the apés-ski party!
Aprés ski is simply part of a successful day of skiing. Some ski resorts take these parties to the extreme. Good beats and an even better atmosphere , that's what the big après-ski celebrations of the season promise:
- Rave on Snow December 15-18, Saalbach
- Snowbombing April 10th – 15th, Mayrhofen
- Electric Mountain Festival April 10th – 14th, Sölden
