Pumptracks: More than just a bike track
For some, the question might initially arise as to what pump tracks actually are. This includes specially built mountain bike trails (tracks). On pumptracks it is possible to build up speed without pedaling and just by pumping your body up from the bottom (pumping). This is where the name pumptracks came from. The trails and routes not only invite bikers, but also skateboarders and inline skaters and are a popular meeting place.
