1. General
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to participation in the loyalty program of our online shop nakedoptics.net (hereinafter "we", "us", "our"). By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to these conditions.

Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and resident in Austria can participate in our loyalty program. Participation is free of charge.

To participate in the loyalty program, you must create a customer account in our online shop. When registering, you must provide current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your access data confidential.
4. Collecting points
Participants can collect points by making purchases in our online shop or by participating in certain promotions. The points collected are automatically credited to your customer account.
5. Redeeming points
Points collected can be redeemed for discounts or other rewards within the framework of the conditions set by us. Points are redeemed via your customer account and can only be used in our online shop. Points are not transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to change or remove rewards at any time without notice. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Expiration and expiration of points
