Cross-country skiing in the cross-country village of Faistenau (S)

“70 km of cross-country ski trails for skating and classic ” – that’s what the cross-country skiing village of Faistenau in Salzburg promises. The wide network of cross-country trails offers perfect routes for beginners and professionals. The cost of a day pass is €8. Weekly tickets are also available. Must-have: The FALCON or The HAWK are perfect for cross-country skiing thanks to their different functions. With a total of 6 different lenses with different tints, you have the best view on the trail in all lighting conditions.

Ice skating on the Vienna Ice Dream (W)

A visit to the federal capital in Vienna can also be combined with a sporting activity. The 27th Vienna Ice Dream offers everything for perfect ice skating fun on an area of ​​9,500 m2. The facility is open daily until March and can be easily and conveniently reached by public transport. Ice skates can be rented for a small fee. Tobogganing on the Hochwurzen (Styria)

After skiing comes night tobogganing in the Schladming-Dachstein region in Styria. The 7 km long floodlit toboggan run can be reached with the Hochwurzen summit lift. Don't worry - you don't have to do without the stop-off when tobogganing. There are a total of 4 huts on the toboggan run and offer the opportunity to stop off and warm up. Ski tour in the Astental (K)

Would you like to go on a ski tour? In the Astental in Carinthia there is a perfect route for newcomers to ski touring. The two-hour tour along the north-west ridge of the Mohar leads to the summit of the Göritzer Törl at 2,458 m or to the summit of the Mohar at 2,605 m  From the top you also have a great view of the Grossglockner.
