You can return unused and originally packaged products within 30 days of your order and receive a refund.

Important Information About Returns

You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Returns from Austria (AT) or Germany (DE)
    An automatic shipping label (Austrian Post or DHL) is generated in the returns portal (8returns). The return cost of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns from Switzerland (CH) or the United Kingdom (UK)
    The return label is provided directly via the returns portal. Return shipping and customs clearance are handled by our logistics partner. The return cost of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns from other EU countries
    Currently, no automatic return label can be generated. Please send the package back to us independently.

  • Returns from non-EU countries
    Please clearly mark the package as Return and include the original invoice to avoid additional customs duties or import taxes.

 


Condition of the Goods

For a successful refund, the products must:

  • be unused

  • be in their original packaging

  • for ski goggles, the protective film must still be attached to the inside lens (anti-fog lens)

 


Refund & Processing Time

The shipping time of your return depends on the carrier and may take several business days.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing time is up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday). The relevant date is the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

The complete process (shipping + receipt + inspection + refund) may therefore take up to 2–3 weeks in total.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method used.

 


Notice for Payments with Klarna or PayPal

If you paid with

  • Klarna (“Pay Later” or “Invoice”) or

  • PayPal (“Pay Later” or installment payment)

we recommend additionally registering your return in the respective payment portal.

With Klarna, you can report your return in the Klarna app under “Report a problem”. This pauses your invoice until processing is completed.

With PayPal, please do not open a dispute while your return is in transit or being processed. The refund will be issued automatically after successful inspection.

We cannot assume responsibility for reminder fees or additional charges resulting from missed payment deadlines with payment providers.

 


Special Cases

If a product arrived damaged or was delivered incorrectly due to a system error, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
