With the Naked optics trade-in program Can you turn your old ski glasses into a new one. The process works very easily. You send us your old one used Snowboard glasses or Ski glasses. We will then test them for function and condition. If it is still functional, then we will do it to the organization Shades of Love donate. If the ski goggles have already been behind the best years, we will disassemble them into the unique pieces, dispose of it correctly and recycle reusable parts.

In return, you will receive a new ski glasses a Free replacement glass worth € 29.99 or a 20% voucher.
 

Please note the following points:

• The Snowboard or ski glasses must completely be (frame, glass, band).
• The Sending address must legible be noted on the package.
• The Shipping costs must worn yourself become. As a small start-up, we unfortunately do not yet have sufficient resources to cover the shipping costs. We ask for your understanding.
• In the event of returns from Switzerland, please specify an invoice with the lowest possible value (€ 5-15), otherwise the value will be estimated and we have to bear the (often very high) import sales tax.

 

Process of the return

1. Fill out the form completely.
2. Wait for the confirmation email with the return address and the personal ID.
3. Prepare the package for shipping. Attention: Please note the return address including registration ID!
4. Then you can send the package to us.
5. As soon as your old ski glasses have arrived, you will receive the voucher code for your next order.
