Do you have questions about our products, shipping or returns?
When will the products be forwarded?
As soon as we receive your payment we will forward your package from our logistic center in Salzburg to the requested address.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time within Austria and the South of Germany is one to two business days. Deliveries to the North of Germany or within Europe need around three to four business days. International deliveries can take up to ten to fifteen business days.
How high are the delivery fees?
As soon as you chose the desired products you will see the delivery fees. The more products you order the lower the delivery fees will be. The amount of the delivery fees are also dependet of the delivery service.
How much do I have to pay for international deliveries?
The amount of the delivery fees for international deliveries are dependent on the delivery service.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For deliveries outside Europe you have to pay customs.
In which countries can you deliver your products?
Due to complexity we only deliver our products within Europe, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia.
I received the wrong article. What can I do?
If you have received a wrong order please don't hesitate to contact us: support@nakedoptics.net. We will send you the right products as soon as possible without extra charge for your.
The products were damaged when I have received them. What can I do?
If your order is damaged by the time you received it please don't hesitate to contact us: support@nakedoptics.net. For better understanding we would like to ask you to send us some pictures of the damage. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.
How can I return my products?
You can return your unused and boxed products within 30 days of your order and get your money back on your bank account. Therefore, please fill in the foam on the hompage.
Where can I buy your products?
You can buy our products in our onlineshop. In addition, some are also available on Amazon. In case you want to check out if they fit you could stop by at the store "Das Konzept" in the mall Sillpark or at the store "Spurart". Both stores are located in Innsbruck. The staff is happy to help you.
Can I stop by in your office?
Indeed, you can stop by and try our products on. Please reach out to us in advance to set up an appointment.
Do you still have an office in Innsbruck?
We do not have an office in Innsbruck anymore. Since summer 2019 our headquarters are located in Salzburg. In case you want to try the products on you could stop by at "Das Konzept" in the mall Sillpark or at "Spurart". Both stores are located in Innsbruck.
Paying with my credit card doesn't work. What can I do?
When paying with your credit card the payment process is transacted with the 3D-secure-method. A 3D-secure-code for paying is needed. The code increases the security for online payments. Just get in touch with your credit institution in order to receive the the code. In case your online payment with your credit cards doesn't work you need to reach out to your credit institution.
Is purchase on account possible?
At the moment purchases on account are not possible. Following payment processes are possible: PayPal, credit card, Amazon Pay or payment in advance.
How long does it take until the order is proceeded?
As soon as we receive your payment your order will be delivered. On business days this takes six to eigtheen hours.
How does an order transaction work?
We would like to explain how an order transaction works: As soon as you found your desired product you can add it to your shopping cart. You can still shop without obligation even though products are added to the shopping cart. In cases you added some products you would not like to buy you can edit the shopping cart and delete the certain product. Until now everything is still without obligation. Once you are done shopping you can click on the button "Proceed to checkout". Afterwards we need some information to accept your order. In case it is your first order you have two options: You can create an account or buy the product without an account. When you decide to create an account you need to choose an username and a password. Please remeber those. You will need them for following orders. Now you can choose how you would like to pay and how you will receive your order. As soon as you are done with that you can click on the button "Proceed to checkout". Please check all information one more time. As soon as you click on the button "order now" your order is dispatched. If you need to correct some information you can go back with the aid of the back arrow.
