The NAKED Optics Trade-In Program enables you to turn your used ski goggles into new ones. The process is as simple as it sounds: You send us your old, used snowboard or ski goggles. As soon as we receive your package, we will test them concerning the function and condition. If the goggles are still functional, we will donate them to the organization Shades of Love. If the ski goggles have passed them prime, we will disassemble the product into its individual pieces, dispose of them correctly and recycle reusable parts.

In return you will receive a free replacement lens worth 29,99€ or a 20% discount when ordering new ski goggles.

Please consider the following points:

• The snowboard and ski goggles have to be complete (frame, glass, strap)
• You need to place the senders address readable on the package. 
• The sender needs to cover the shipping costs.Since we are still a pretty small start-up company, we don’t have enough resources to cover shipping costs yet. We ask for your understanding. 

Process of the return 

1. Please fill in the form completely. 
2. Wait for the confirmation e-mail with the return address and the individual ID.
3. Prepare the package for the shipping. Attention: Please note the return address including the individual ID!
4. The package is ready for dispatch. 
5. You will receive your discount code as soon as we receive the goggles.
