Conditions of Participation

• Hotel (3-stars, half-board) for 2 nights and 2 people
• Joker Card for 2 days (please see the Saalbach-Hinterglemm website for detailed services)
• Date: September 1 - 3, 2023 (arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday)
• 1 day MTB session with Stevie Schneider, about 4 hours, on which day this will take place is still to be defined (either Saturday or Sunday)
• NAKED Optics MTB Package for 2 people: TROOP BIKE Goggles + RAID Bike Gloves (color of your choice)
• On site, participants still have to fill out a declaration of assignment/disclaimer.
• No cash payout possible.
• Protectors and helmets are not provided and have to be organised by the participants.

1. Event organiser

Unless otherwise stated in the competition, the organizer is NAKED GmbH, Dorfstrasse 36, 5101 Bergheim, Salzburg, Austria, hereinafter "organizer".

2. Participation and Prize

2.1. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions of participation.

2.2 The prize and the process of the competition, such as the period of participation or the type of prize, depends on the respective competition and is described there directly.

2.3. The winner will be determined and contacted within five working days after the end of the respective participation period. If a winner does not confirm the prize within three working days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected through a new selection process.

2.4. The participant agrees that in the event of a win, his/her name, the winning entry (e.g. social media post) and the circumstances of the win and possibly a photo of him/her may be used and published by the organizer for advertising purposes becomes.

2.5. Participants in a competition can be:

2.5.1. Natural persons (= people, B2C) who register for the respective competition and who meet the other additional conditions of participation. Eligible to participate are persons residing in Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

2.5.2. Legal entities (= companies, B2B) who register for the respective competition and who meet the other additional conditions of participation. The organizer is entitled to assume that the management has given its approval for participation upon registration.

2.6. The communication takes place via e-mail or via the respective social media platform.

3. Cooperations

3.1. NAKED GmbH can organize competitions with partner companies, whereby NAKED GmbH is the organizer of the competition. In this case, the partner company can also be the recipient of the personal data of the participants, which is stated in the respective conditions of participation. The partner company is liable as its own responsible person.

3.2. NAKED GmbH can advertise competitions from other organizers without being the organizer itself. This fact is shown separately in the conditions of participation; any conditions of participation of the partner company apply. NAKED GmbH is entitled to evaluate the personal data with or without the cooperation of the partner company.

4. Social media

4.1. If a competition is offered via a social media platform, NAKED GmbH is the organizer of the competition. There is never any connection to the respective social media platform and is neither sponsored nor supported or organized by the social media platform. The guidelines of the social media platform remain unaffected and additionally applicable. The participant can delete his/her social media post at any time.

4.2. If a winner can be determined from the information provided by the participants within the social media platform, the social media platform remains the sole recipient. NAKED GmbH only evaluates the data on the social media platform and does not save it itself. The winner will be notified via the social media platform.

4.3. If the evaluation of the information provided by the participants requires storage by NAKED GmbH, the deletion periods of point 6 apply. The winner will be informed via the social media platform.

5. Sweepstakes Exclusion, Cancellation and Sweepstake Change

5.1. In the event of a culpable violation of the conditions of participation, the organizer is entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect.

5.2. Employees of the organizer and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the individual competitions are excluded from participation.

5.3. The organizer is entitled to cancel the competition without prior notice and immediately for important reasons. The competition can also be discontinued due to force majeure or other legal reasons.

6. Data security and data protection

6.1. The personal data will be processed by the organizer in compliance with the data protection regulations, will not be published and will only be used for the implementation of the competition and the handover of the prize. The personal data will only be stored until the prize has been handed over. After that, the personal data of the non-winners will be deleted. The winner will be saved for 7 years.

6.2. Processed personal data of participants in competitions addressed to natural persons may be:

6.2.1. Full name, participation in the competition, e-mail address, answer to the competition question if applicable, social media channel and username if applicable;

6.2.2. in the case of winners, an additional address for prize delivery. in the case of cooperation, the full name, address or e-mail address, depending on the profit, is passed on to partner companies.

6.3. The following applies to sweepstakes aimed at legal entities:

6.3.1. The participating company registers with a non-personal e-mail address (e.g. office@firma.at). If the company names a personal e-mail address, it ensures that the necessary consent to the data transfer has been obtained and that NAKED GmbH may use the personal data for the purpose of the competition.

6.4. The person responsible for data processing is NAKED GmbH, Dorfstrasse 36, 5101 Bergheim, Salzburg, Austria, which can be reached at support@nakedoptics.net .

6.5. Please email your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, namely the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability or objection to processing or other questions about data protection to support@nakedoptics.net .

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Sweepstakes cannot be combined with other promotions. The entitlement to prizes is non-transferrable and does not entitle you to exchange or return previously purchased goods and/or services from NAKED GmbH or the partner company. Cash payment, change or exchange of the prize are excluded.

7.2. The handover of the prize takes place at the organizer's choice, in principle, at one of their locations, at the location of the competition, or the prize is sent by post or e-mail.

7.3. All operating, ancillary, repair and/or other consequential costs incurred with the prize or its acceptance or use are borne by the participant.

7.4. The legal process is excluded.

7.5. Questions about the competition can be sent to support@nakedoptics.net .

7.6. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective provision is replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and most closely corresponds to the purpose of the ineffective provision.

7.7. Austrian law applies.

7.8. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria, provided that no mandatory statutory provision opposes this.
